The project is located at the southernmost tip of Chengdu city's central axis, Tianfu Avenue, adjacent to the Third Ring Expressway. Towards the north, it will undertake a series of industrial innovative development functional zones such as Shigao New District and Xinglong Lake Plate, and connect Meishan and Renshou City to the south. It is the high-priority development district city in the center of Tianfu area of Chengdu city. Also, it has good accessibility and high regional value with primary beneficiary of the development of Chengdu city to the south.

The site is close to the expressway and Tianfu Avenue, and the convenience is good, which is easy to attract Chengdu transit. Good traffic connections make the site and Chengdu Tianfu Airport and Shuangliu Airport have a direct driving direction for less about 40 minutes. It is located in the Longquan Mountain City Forest Park and is the gateway to the Longshan Mountains. There are also natural ecological resources including the Black Dragon Pool Scenic Area and the Maodingshan Ecological Park. 

There are many types of projects around the site, mainly tourism, education and high-tech industry campus. The mountainous areas and original ecological resources within the site are prominent, which is conducive to the comprehensive development of integrating natural functions of the valley and livable living facilities.

基地紧邻高速路和天府大道，便捷性良好，易于吸引成都过境人群。良好的交通连接使得基地与成都天府机场和双流机场的驾车通行时间均在40分钟左右。沿中轴线50分钟可以到达成都南站，一个小时可以到达成都市中心天府广场。基地西边界天府仁寿大道未来有地铁11号线南延线贯通。

坐依龙泉山城市森林公园，是龙泉山脉的麓山门户。周边还有包括黑龙潭风景区，帽顶山生态公园等在内的自然生态资源。基地周边项目类型众多，以旅游、教育和智慧产业项目为主。基地内部的山地和原生态资源突出，有利于打造集山谷自然体验，宜居生活配套等功能为一体的综合性开发。
